The Lakelands’ Tavern construction has started!

After much anticipation, ISPT Pty Ltd, owners of Lakelands Shopping Centre are excited to announce the construction of the new Lakelands Tavern, due for completion end-2022.

In exciting news for the Lakelands community, ISPT is proud to announce the construction of the new Lakelands Tavern. The new Tavern, owned and operated by The Gastevski Group Pty Ltd is to be built within the Lakelands Town Square, and is set to become the new dining destination of the community.

Focused on bringing a new wave of food, music and entertainment to residents of the area, the Lakelands Tavern will play host to an exciting array of unique experiences. Patrons will be able to indulge in date nights in the stylish dining area, watch the big game in the atmosphere of the dedicated sports bar and enjoy long, lazy days in the beer garden with family and friends.

Lakelands Shopping Centre, Centre Manager, Amanda Clarke, said, “We cannot wait to bring this new facility to the community of Lakelands. It’s been a hot topic for some time now and we couldn’t be happier with the final design. It’s definitely going to transform our dining precinct”.

Who is the tavern’s owner?

The Tavern will be owned and operated by The Gastevski Group who already own several hospitality venues around Perth, including The Landing in Alkimos.

 

What will the Tavern’s name be?

Stay tuned to find out more about the Lakelands Tavern! The exact name, menu, chef’s details and more will be shared through our website and social media closer to the opening date.

 

Will there be alfresco dining?

Yes! The Tavern’s plans include a wonderful alfresco area for relaxing days with family and friends, a stylish dining area and a sports bar.

 

Is it going to be kids friendly?

Yes! The Tavern will be open to the whole family and include a kids menu for the little ones.

 

How many jobs will be created?

The new facility will generate over 100 job opportunities during the construction phase and then over 60 once open for trade at the end of 2022. Full details and application information will be released closer to commencement.

 

Will the carpark be impacted by the works?

A small number of car bays will be blocked off during the works for material storage and construction site office. Impact to nearby roads and traffic will be minimum.

 

Will there be a drive-through bottle shop?

Yes! A drive-through bottle shop is incorporated in the Tavern’s plans. Entrance will be from Barrine Rd.
